Nature is undisturbed and the camp grounds are kept ‘as found’ to allow one to be completely immersed with the surroundings. There is an astonishing view of the confluence of Mara and Talek Rivers and home to a huge population of hippo and crocodiles.

Facilities:

• Accommodation:
  • Decorated with a modern African décor, tents come with a four-poster bed with a mosquito net. Each has an outside shower and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a stand-alone bath.
  • There are only six tents, which makes it a small, cosy and intimate lodge. Your family gets a spacious tent to spend the nights, and you have access to the park during the day for exploration and adventure.
  • The transparent walls give a panorama of the region and invite natural light into the room. You do not have to walk outside to breathe in fresh air because the cool shade of the acacia woodland brings fresh air into your tent.
  • Mara Ngeche is devoid of a fence and is designed to allow the exciting movement of animals through the grounds white offering an elegant yet relaxed  atmosphere for experiencing the full adventure of the African bush.

• Dining:
  • Start the day with breakfast in the open air dining area. Sit on safari chairs under parasols for a hearty meal served in al fresco style. The cool air gives you a great morning breeze in readiness for activities in Maasai Mara.
  • The camp also serves lunch outdoors. The midday sun high in the sky, dig into the sumptuous meal while listening to the sounds of wildlife by the pool.
  • In the evening, get your meal in the indoor dining area. This dining tent has tables and chairs spread out elegantly. Carpets, lamps and table centrepieces add decor to the room. You can also add adventure to your menu with bush dining.
  • Unwind in the large tent that has transparent walls all round. The picturesque backdrop of the green bushes engulfs the lounge from all sides. It transforms the room into a magical arena where you can sit, meditate, grab a drink or hold a conversation with friends.
• Activities:
  • The incredible surroundings of the Maasai Mara make this a spectacular safari experience. Game drives are always thrilling and are guided by expert local Maasai guides in open-sided 4WDs. Indulge in guided bush/nature walks as well.
  • Try a balloon safari with bubbly breakfast while at the camp
  • Enjoy a bush breakfast, bush dinners, and sundowner while at the camp
  • Lectures on Maasai culture are also conducted by the resident naturalist entertainment by local Maasai warriors
• Enjoy complimentary WIFI access at the lounge and surrounding areas
